Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this website. By placing an order you represent that you are 21 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a party engaged in legitimate research.

We do not require customer accounts. Orders are placed as a guest, and we identify orders by the email address you provide at checkout.

Renco Chemicals reserves the right to limit sales, refuse any order, or decline to sell to any customer, at our sole discretion and for any reason.

Research use only

All products sold by Renco Chemicals are intended for in-vitro laboratory and research use only, unless otherwise explicitly stated. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, injection, or application of any kind.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
• No information on this website constitutes medical advice, dosing guidance, or any recommendation for human or animal use.
• Products are not intended for recreational use, for resale, or for use as an ingredient or starting material in any consumer product.
• All products will be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research chemicals.

The listing of a material on this website does not constitute a license to, or a recommendation for, its use in infringement of any patent.

Hazards and buyer responsibility

In purchasing these products, you acknowledge that hazards are associated with their handling and use. You represent and warrant to Renco Chemicals that, from your own independent review and study, you are fully aware of and knowledgeable about:

• the health and safety hazards associated with handling the products purchased;
• the industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect workers from those hazards;
• the need to adequately warn others of the health and safety hazards associated with the products; and
• government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to such products.

You have the responsibility to verify hazards and conduct any research necessary to understand the risks of the products you purchase, and the duty to warn your own personnel, customers, and any auxiliary parties (such as freight handlers) of those risks.

Because our products are intended primarily for research use, they may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory. You assume responsibility for confirming that any product you purchase is approved for your intended use under TSCA, where applicable.

You agree to follow any instructions furnished by Renco Chemicals relating to the use of the products, and not to misuse the products in any manner.

Testing and certificates of analysis

Products are tested by an independent third-party laboratory, and the report for each product is linked on that product’s page. A Certificate of Analysis reflects testing results at the time of analysis on the batch tested. It is not a warranty of purity, stability, or fitness for any particular application, and it does not cover product condition after delivery.

Renco Chemicals has not tested any product for safety or efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or commercial use. You expressly warrant that you will properly test and use any product in accordance with the practices of a reasonable expert in the relevant scientific field, and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You further warrant that any material produced using our products will not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and will not be a material that may not be introduced into interstate commerce under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of that Act.

Orders, pricing, and payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when your order is placed, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel or refuse any order, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it in full.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by carriers or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Reshipment of orders returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may require payment of additional shipping.

Returns, replacements, and refunds

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or misuse.

If a product arrives damaged in transit, contact us at Contact@rencochemicals.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging. Approved claims are eligible for a one-time replacement, limited to one replacement per order. Reconstituted products are not eligible.

Renco Chemicals is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or reconstitution of products after delivery.

Your email and information

We do not offer customer accounts, but we do collect and store information you provide, including your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if provided), order history, and payment metadata. We do not store full card numbers. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and browsing activity on the website.

We use this information to process and ship your orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the website and our products.

If you provide your email address at checkout or through a signup form, you consent to receive transactional messages about your order, and you may receive occasional product and promotional emails from Renco Chemicals. Consent to marketing email is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by emailing Contact@rencochemicals.com. Transactional messages about orders you have placed will continue.

We share information only with parties who help us operate the business — payment processors, shipping carriers, and similar service providers — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, product photography, and layout — is the property of Tyche Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our express written permission.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose;
• misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation;
• resell, repackage, or relabel products purchased from us without our written authorization;
• use products in any manner inconsistent with their intended research use;
• represent, market, or label any product purchased from us as suitable for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary application; or
• discuss, promote, solicit, or provide human or animal dosing information in communications with us or in any content referencing our products.

Violation may result in cancellation of pending orders and a permanent refusal of future service, at our sole discretion.

Assumption of risk

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PURCHASE, POSSESSION, HANDLING, STORAGE, AND USE OF ANY PRODUCT FROM RENCO CHEMICALS IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH IT, INCLUDING RISKS ARISING FROM IMPROPER STORAGE, HANDLING, CONTAMINATION, DEGRADATION, MISUSE, OR ANY APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT TO ANY HUMAN OR ANIMAL.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENCO CHEMICALS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR RESEARCH REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT, THAT PRODUCT CONDITION WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED AFTER DELIVERY, OR THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

Indemnification

In consideration of the sale of products to you — which sale we would not otherwise make — you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renco Chemicals, Tyche Group LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• your handling, use, or misuse of any product purchased from us, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance regardless of origin, including any injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from administration of a product to any human or animal;
• any claim, representation, or advice you make to a third party regarding our products, including health claims or dosing recommendations;
• any content, advertising, review, testimonial, or promotional material you publish referencing our products;
• your violation of these terms or of any applicable law or third-party right; and
• any regulatory action or investigation brought against us as a result of your actions or use of products.

This obligation survives termination of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or any product purchased from us shall be filed and heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the “last updated” date above will be revised. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These terms, together with any policies referenced on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renco Chemicals regarding your use of the website and your purchase of products, and supersede any prior communications or representations.
